Retreats are about the people in the room, so the merch should be too. Rather than shipping a box of guessed sizes to a remote venue, we bring a compact station and print to the group that showed up. A cap-and-patch bar is a retreat favorite — a Richardson 112 or Flexfit blank with the retreat logo heat-applied while guests grab coffee.
Smaller headcounts mean a lighter footprint: often a single station and operator over an afternoon window. We handle power and space needs and stage everything before the first session so it never competes with your agenda.
Retreats often land outside our core Southern California service area, which adds the $900 travel line — always quoted up front so it is never a surprise.

Our venue is remote — is that a problem?
Not usually. We travel nationwide with enough lead time and plan around the venue's power and space. Locations beyond OC, LA, and San Diego add a $900 travel fee, flagged in your quote.
What is the minimum size for a retreat?
There is no piece-count minimum. A 40-person offsite books a single station for a shorter window — you only pay for the setup and the crew time you need.
