The holiday party is the one company event most people actually look forward to, and a live merch station gives it a centerpiece beyond dinner and a slideshow. We stage the booth near the entrance or the bar, put out a menu of seasonal-and-brand designs, and press pieces while people mingle.
Hoodies and beanies are the seasonal favorites — heavier, cozier, and worn well past January. Guests pick their size on arrival, so there is no closet of unclaimed larges the next morning. For a typical 150–200 person party we run two stations over a two-to-three-hour window so the line stays short even during the dinner rush.
Late November and December book up fast. If your date is in Q4, reach out early so we can lock the crew and source your blanks in time.

When should we book for December?
As early as you can. Peak holiday-party season fills up, and blanks like hoodies have lead times. Reaching out in September or October gives you the most flexibility on date and pieces.
Can you do a fun design plus our logo?
Absolutely — most holiday programs run a playful seasonal design alongside the standard company mark, and guests choose which they want. Full-color DTF means the fun version costs no more than the plain one.
